Complete Length Area takeoffs per type of scope. (Example: CG-6R, CG-6, CG-2, etc)
Page-by-page Length/Area quantities in color overlayed on the Planswift PDFs for field application or visual aid.
Existing topography vs proposed designs with considerations for all subgrades in the calculations.
Topsoil striping quantities as defined by the geotechnical report and/or foliage of the existing site’s condition.
Excavation for basements, ponds, pits, and other subgrade conditions as requested.
Strata & rock excavation quantities based off provided test pits or geotechnical borings.
All earthwork quantities are exported to an easy to read PDF or Excel report. Exports to .TVG & other formats available for GPS equipment upon request at no extra.
Total site 3D renderings and Cut / Fill maps to PDF format.
Cut / Fill Map to a .CSV format useable by Google Earth for presentations to the owner.
